Skills and experience required:
  • Experience in a retail brand would be advantageous
  • An active lifestyle is a huge advantage as this is an active-wear apparel company
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is required
  • Excellent ability to solve problems and ensure client is happy with the end result
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Have a “customer first” mindset
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

Job description:
  • Report to the Operations Manager
  • Understand customer needs and implement customer success strategy
  • Understand customer base
  • Guide customer through sales process
  • Develop relationships with customers to create loyal repeat customer and increase sales and profit
  • Grow customer base
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries
  • Ensure customers receive the support they need
  • Communicate customer queries, behavior and trends to various internal departments (manufacturing, sales, marketing, etc)
  • Represent the brand in a positive light to build a great industry reputation
  • Onboard new customers
  • Follow up on queries to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Encourage up-sells in existing customer base
