An international corporation dedicated to the production and distribution of advanced dental equipment and consumables requires the expertise of a seasoned Sales Specialist to contribute to the market share growth of the company within the Gauteng region.
Minimum Requirements:
3 or more years sales experience specific to the medical sector with 1 or more years specific to dental, preferably implants.
Ability to maximise sales opportunities through persuasive engagement with dental professionals, educational institutions, and dental organisations, to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyse market trends to create and execute a local business plan, leveraging current and future opportunities.
Report competitor activities to the Marketing team and Commercial Leader, adapting accordingly.
Generate demand for products through approved distributors or direct sales.
Serve as an expert on key products for customers.
Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training, including vendor days and dealer interactions.
Professionally present to dental professionals, including education departments.
Update CRM daily with meeting information and track sales activities.
Collaborate on marketing programs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Articulate business and clinical benefits of the products.
Handle customer complaints following company procedures.
Collaborate with Clinical Educators for Key Opinion Leader meetings and presentations.
Consistently achieve company objectives, sales targets, and performance goals.
