We are a dynamic team of rebels and explorers on the lookout for a new Warehouse Controller at our office in Contermanskloof, Durbanville to ensure the continued success of our Warehouse.
OVERVIEW
As the Warehouse Controller, you’ll be responsible for all the hardware and media in the Warehouse. Your goal will be to successfully receive, pick, pack, and distribute stock on time, and according to the standard operating procedures. As a key role player in the business unit, your success will see you work with your team and the relevant stakeholders to ensure the business unit operates smoothly, and that all customer expectations are met.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
· Ensuring the correct items are picked from the applicable business unit's stock as per the packing and distribution list and/or requisition.
· Wrapping and packing parcels according to standard operating procedures.
· Distributing items to the relevant stakeholders on time.
· Completing quotations and waybills with relevant information.
· Informing the receiver of the number of parcels they will receive, as well as the waybill number, and which stock can be expected to arrive on which date.
· Conducting regular stock-takes.
· Ensuring the warehouse is kept neat and clean according to the cleaning schedule.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
To be considered for this position, these are the skills we’re looking for:
· Matric/Grade 12.
· Minimum of 2 years' warehousing experience.
· Forklift license advantageous.
· Computer Literacy (MS Office at basic level).
