PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Issue parts and consumables to applicable staff.
• Keep minimum stock levels of all stock and consumables.
• Keep accurate records of all stock issued and purchased
• Purchase stock from approved suppliers
• Provide monthly and weekly reports of stock
• Inspection of stock to insure they meet HSSE standards
• Adhoc duties relating to the Warehouse stores
• Willing to work shifts where required
• Stock Takes and investigation of any variances
• Frequent Cycle Counts to reduce potential variances
• Ability to work shifts if required (Day Shift or Night Shift on rotational basis when required)

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Matric qualification- grade 12
• Warehouse experience - 2 years
• Further studies in supply chain will be an added advantage
• Storeman experience - min 3 years
• Forklift License
• Computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure
• Stock Accuracy
• Attention to detail

Please note this is an outsourced position so you will be employed by MASA Outsourcing, but assigned to our client in Ottery on contract.

Contract length: 3 months
