Your areas of responsibility:
- Administer and manage leave using SAGE and SSS HR software.
- Process and coordinate all purchase requisitions for the HR function.
- Ensure the upkeep of various HR trackers and manage the employee filing system.
- Support in the recruiting process (job advertisement, coordination of job interviews, placement etc).
- Support with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
- Manage and co-ordinate the administration of learnerships, internships and other training and development administration.
- Assist with maintaining the time and attendance system.

Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Computer Science, Finance or Accounting qualification will be an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field.
- Experience with Success Factors applications and related systems including Sage payroll and Time & Attendance.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong administrative and attention to detail skills.
