Associate Strategy Director
Situated in Johannesburg.
This is a full-time position.
On-site, office based.
What you'll do:
- You will oversee the development of strategy for all key brands and will be responsible for delivering high quality strategic work.
- Creating audience first strategies that are able to be deployed through all channels (digital & TTL touch points).
- Preparing campaign strategy, specifically campaign messaging, content cadence & ensuring this runs from strategy through to execution of all campaign assets.
- Lead strategic work for clients, ensuring we are leading the industry and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible while delivering incremental improvements on ROI.
- Manage day to day relationships with your clients.
- Participate in new business pitches.
What you'll need:
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience managing complex projects, dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- 6-8 years experience across multiple accounts.
- 6-8 years experience within a strategy-focused role.
- Advanced experience within digital & social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience thriving in a marketing/advertising agency.

Salary: R75,000.00 - R85,000.00 per month
