- Performance management work with management to resolve any performance issues, facilitate improvement performance plans, provide guidance and support to managers and employees, ensure clear processes are followed & drive performance management process.
- Talent management develop and maintain succession plans for business areas, ensure employees have performance development plans.
- Training and development identify training needs, facilitate training workshops where required, coach relevant parties.
- Operational Development identify operational development issues, monitor and provide feedback on any behavioural or business practice concerns and develop strategic plans for business areas, develop and maintain succession and annual HR plans, maintain and compile job descriptions across the group.
- Analysis of KPIs to identify risk areas for the group and providing strategic solutions in order to mitigate these risks.
